Raids, open-world PvP, and stealing are blocked by the server. These rules are what that allows, and what it still leaves to you.
1. Respect Player Property & Containers
The server blocks taking items from containers owned by another player. This includes storage boxes, corpses, claimed horses, claimed vehicles, and external furnaces or refineries. Your team and friends can still open what you own.
- Public boxes: Look at a container you own and type
/lootableto allow anyone to loot it. - No cupboard: A container with no Tool Cupboard can be opened by anyone. That includes boxes and furnaces left outside a base.
- Tool Cupboard: Even with the lock off, only the owner, their team, or friends can authorize or clear the list. While that cupboard still has upkeep, the base stays private.
- Horses and vehicles: Sit in the driver seat, or on the horse, and type
/claim. Until then the driver seat is open. After a claim, the driver seat or saddle, horse equipment, saddle bags, and leading the horse are limited to you and your team. Passenger seats stay open. - Breaking them: World vehicles can be destroyed. A vehicle or boat another player owns cannot. Yours and your team's can.
- Supply drops: A drop you call is locked to you and your team.
/sharedropsunlocks it.
1.1. Sleeping and Dead Players
The server blocks looting players who are sleeping or dead outside a PvP zone. Your team and friends can still loot you. Animals can still attack a sleeping player.
2. Unauthorized Base Entry
Do not enter another player's base without explicit permission, even if doors or airlocks are left wide open. Most open bases are accidents, not invitations.
- Traps: Shotgun traps, flame turrets, auto turrets, bear traps, and land mines deal no damage to players. High external walls, high external gates, and barricades can. Walking into an open base is still not permission.
- Looting: The server blocks stealing anything inside a base that still has upkeep. Your team, friends, and anyone authorized on the cupboard can still open it.
2.1. Decaying Bases
You may open containers in a decaying base once Tool Cupboard upkeep has run out. This includes the cupboard. The same applies to anything with no cupboard at all.
- Do NOT break structures or pick deployables up: Looting a decaying base is opening what is there. Destroying it, or carrying boxes and deployables away, is still blocked. A code lock still needs the right code. If you need a base cleared faster, contact an admin on Discord.
3. Strict No-Raid Policy
Raiding or intentionally damaging player property is blocked.
- Your own build: You can damage your own building. Your team can damage it too.
4. Anti-Griefing & Etiquette
Players come here to build, chill, and run monuments without constant harassment. Do not sabotage or disrupt another player's session.
Examples of prohibited behavior:
- Blocking another player's expansion path or dropping Tool Cupboards to grief their land.
- Damaging structures or deployables outside your TC range.
- Taking monument loot from someone who holds the call. Call it with
@Namewhile you are there./rconly lists recent calls.
5. Rules on Player vs. Player (PvP)
PvP combat and looting are limited to the oil rigs and your own team.
- PvP Zones: Small Oil Rig and Large Oil Rig are full PvP areas. Kills and full looting are allowed here. After you leave, PvP does not switch off instantly.
- Team PvP: You may fight members of your own in-game team anywhere on the map.
- Open World PvP: Attacking a player outside a PvP zone is blocked.
- Apartments: You cannot fight other players in the apartment combat zone, buy a master key, or break into an apartment.
Handling Rule Breakers: Best Practices
- Hostile players: They cannot kill you outside a PvP zone. Type
adminin global chat or tag an admin on Discord. - Active trolls: If a player is causing chaos, type
adminin global chat or tag an admin on Discord.
